Description

Jamáka is the Jamaican Oy’Nissh Language translation for the word Jamaica. It is pronounced the very same way but is written using the Gwaifermer alphabet system from this constructed language. Also, the design on the hoodie is the character part of the language writing system called Veeliksa and it also translates as Jamaica. The black, yellow and green are the colours of the island’s flag.
Jamáka is read from left to right and top to bottom in this language. This linguistic practice is known as sshréssh or sshressh linguistics. This direction is called aggravette or normal manuscript and is shown top left of the clothing.
